If there is only an amenity=bank you assume that either the ATMs have been tagged separately, or they don't have any. I'm also assuming that amenity=bank; atm=yes means that there is an ATM publicly available at all times, rather than just during opening hours. Next thought, what if the bank has been mapped as a building… I'll get that added later. Shaun
