I have to agree with that now I've looked closer. I'm working for 'Parish Councils' not 'Civil Parishes' :) Typically the ones I need are not present yet :(
I'd not realised how long ago I last looked at this stuff. I've got the Oct2009 and May2010 files and nothing since :( Just downloaded May2012 but I could do with picking up the missing ones some time.
