I've noticed that a number of the new nodes in this changeset:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/15118353
are actually duplicates of existing ones.
Can anyone think of an easy way to identify and delete the duplicates in
a systematic way (rather than, say, loading each one into Potlatch,
seeing if it's identified as a duplicate, and manually transferring new
tags from the new node to the original one). Presumably there's some
whizzy JOSM plugin designed to do exactly this?
