I had this problem in
Carmarthenshire<http://sk53-osm.blogspot.com/2011/07/footpaths-in-carmarthenshire-whats-point.html>a
couple of years ago. I chose not to mark this on OSM because in
practice
the footpaths are non-existent. Also at least one ran through the front
garden of one of my sister's neighbours, so it seemed imprudent to insist
on my rights.
