Actually the edits look entirely reasonable in the sense that none of the
main tags have been altered, ways have been split and some other (generally
used) tags added (access=no, impassable=yes). The changeset is commented,
which is more than one gets from people doing worldwide edits which do far
more harm.

Even if we feel that this is generally not the best thing to do, I dont
think it warrant a call to the DWG, There is no evidence that the user will
have read this mailing list, so may have felt that after 24 hours he/she
could step in.

I'm too late as woodpeck has reverted it as I was double checking my
assertion above, but I do feel that this smacks of double standards. Some
mappers are more equal than others.
