Hi Stuart, Looking at the history, it looks like the name was changed 8 months ago incorrectly and should be changed back, similarly for the relation. http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/206072/history
It looks like the tags on the relation and linked node for the name need to be changed to the previous one. Nothing else in the changeset jumps out as being an issue, so could be some odd autocomplete issue.
