Nottingham area seems to be updated to Summer 2015. I have been able to add the extension <http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/38915027> to the science library in the university.
There are clouds on the images and clarity is not great, but they are very useful for adding new buildings: and extremely useful for the area <http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/38915027#map=17/52.96006/-1.13291&layers=N> we visited before the pub last week. On the whole the imagery needs to used in conjunction with a ground survey as it is often dark and prone to mis-interpretation.
