Hi Dan The UK OSM chapter is keen to address the issue of diversity but we've got a few building blocks to put in place in order to get the chapter functioning at full speed.Once we have done this (no more than a few weeks) then we'll start addressing one of our core objectives which is to increase the number of active mappers in the UK. When we're planning our programme of activities to achieve this seems to be the appropriate time to address diversity. As a small start we're going to do a quick analysis of our members' data to see how many female members we have. Would your interest in this matter be great enough to volunteer some time/thought?
