Hi all, The notice of the annual general meeting of OSM UK has been sent out to all members. We have a provision for non-members to attend (AoA Article 39), thus here is the notice details for those who did not receive it.
We look forward to seeing you at the AGM which will be followed by a joint event with Open Data Manchester. Workshops and mapping activities will take us through to around 5pm. -- The annual general meeting of OpenStreetMap United Kingdom C.I.C will take place on Saturday May 19th 2018 at 12:00 (midday, UK time). The venue is a Federation House, 2 Federation Street, Manchester, M4 4BF. Our thanks to Open Data Manchester for making this facility available to us. The meeting will be chaired by one of the Directors, who will have agreed beforehand who this will be. 1. Welcome. 2. Apologies. 3. To accept the attendance of any non-members present and to allow the Chair to call them to speak at his discretion. 4. To receive the annual Directors' Report on activities for 2017-2018 which will be submitted to the Office of the Regulator of CICs. 5. To receive the annual Accounts for the period ending 31st March 2018. 6. To accept the resignation of the following Directors: J. Harley and A.Hoyle; and to thank them for their services. 7. To election new Directors. (Details to be circulated in due course) 8. To set the membership fees for the coming year 2018-2019 at the same rate as 2017-2018, proposed by the Board. 9. AOB notified in writing prior to the start of the AGM Documentation for items 4 and 5 are in preparation and will be provided in due course with sufficient time for proper consideration before the AGM. *Rob*
