Try pressing CTRL+F5 in your browser to refresh the page. Your browser may be caching old tiles. This is especially a problem in Google Chrome.
Try zooming in a few levels. The zoomed-in tiles always update first and more often. Presumably because they contain a lot less content to be rendered.
