There's no reason why they shouldn't. Street names are not a secret. The same information would be available to anyone who asks. In some cases, it isn't even necessary to ask, as it's published on the council website.

But at least we can say, even in this case, that OSM is the more accurate reflection of reality.
No, it isn't. The development has been built and the roads are actually there, as can be seen from the photos in the media reports. Someone needs to get down there and do a trace!
