Robert Whittaker has a Pharmacy QA <https://osm.mathmos.net/pharmacy/> site (usefulness is somewhat limited because of on-line pharmacies & in hospital ones). Most ordinary pharmacies appear in FHRS data as well.
All CQC data (including dentists & care homes) is available on Will Phillips OSM-Nottingham site. Just move the map to the area of interest and search for a term using open data sources (this can be restricted to CQC). Data are usually located at the post code centroid (this example <http://osm-nottingham.org.uk/?z=14&lon=-1.47897&lat=52.92214&bgl=OSM,1,15&s=&st=SearchOpendataJson&pc=DE1&ds=21&uc=1> is all CQC entries for DE1 postcode district).
