@all, where would I document the request (and the eventual permission) in the Wiki? It seems that under https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Permissions#Europe there's no entry for the UK... Or should they go to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributors#United_Kingdom?
