Just a quick follow-up from the AGM: And sorry I struggled to know who was speaking sometimes, so don't know who to direct this to.
There was mention of the company being below the threshold for producing traditional / accruals accounts, and therefore entitled to submit receipts and payments accounts to Companies House (and its members). This only applies to charities*, not to CICs. It sounded like this may have come from the accountant, so I wanted to check. (If it did, we may need another accountant ;-) Cheers, E *and even then, not to charitable companies
