Hi, all. I had an unexpected visit to Bath, today. When walking past a pub, I noticed the usual "Food Hygiene" rating, but next to it, and new to me, was a similar looking "Beer and Cellar Hygiene Audit". It looks like 2165 places have been assessed, so far:
