there was a hiccup last night as we introduced the daily updating of the
Shortbread vector tile packages, but it got fixed around midnight.

Looking at the download.geofabrik.de in 2 different browsers
shows the same Forbidden state. Is the site undergoing maintenance
perhaps? Anyone else getting the same problem?
