Hi, You may remember that some years ago I developed mapthepaths.org.uk - a site to allow mappers to find which paths are missing from OSM and to do live mapping of the paths within the application.
Even longer ago I created free-map.org.uk (rights of way mapping site) which has not been updated in a long time. However due to time constraints and other projects I have had no time to work on either since around Covid, and consequently both contain out-of-date representations of OSM mapping data. Furthermore Chris Andrew's MOROW initiative is effectively superseding mapthepaths.org.uk. It will mean I can shutdown one of my two virtual servers if I close these down so this is what I am proposing to do. Please let me know if you have any serious objections. Code for mapthepaths is still available on https://gitlab.com/nickw1/mapthepaths, of course, as it is free software. Thanks, Nick
