I remember there was a built-in mode in Potlatch 2 back in the day to
merge DfT cycleway widths with OSM data, but that was "est_width" not

When adding widths (from survey) I usually only do it by eye to the
nearest meter (or maybe half-meter), so if other people are doing that
too it might explain why 2 is the 2nd most popular value:
