Neither of those are awful. But the first one really needs the terrace
dividing into multiple houses with their own address tags, rather than
relying on nodes within the building.
Given that the second one is an apartment block, rather than a set of
terraced individual houses, I think that the way it's tagged here is
about as good as it's going to get.
