In satellite and aerial imagery, I can see a couple of linear features which are really just vegetation a slightly different colour from the surrounding vegetation, but which I know from other sources are there because of some more significant linear feature that used to follow the same line. I kind of feel like, given that something is still visible in current imagery, these shouldn't be entirely relegated to OHM, but on the other hand, I don't know quite how to tag them in OSM. Can anyone advise, please?

For concreteness, I've plotted the two features in question at

<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1416524044> (line of discoloured grass visible in multiple satellite and aerial images, which follows an ownership boundary from the original inclosure award for the parish)

<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1491923796> (line of discoloured crops visible in Bing Maps Aerial, which follows the course of a side-channel of the nearby river which no longer exists, but is shown in out-of-copyright OS maps from 1886, 1903, and 1974)
