Hi Kate we've converted v2 of the master list to OSM format, see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Haiti/Status/Hospitals#Second_import
We're now using our own scripts, you don't have to convert the master list any more. Here's the result of a first run of the converter: http://www.guggis.ch/haiti/HaitiHealthFacilities_Master-v2.osm !!! Warning: *DO NOT* upload this file. A simple upload would create hundreds of duplicate objects.!!! !!! We will provide scripts to merge v2 into alrady existing OSM data from v1 !!!
