Hi, I've imported v4 of the PAHO list, see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Haiti/Status/Hospitals#Version_4.
As in the last import, there is again a short list of facilities which have been deleted in the master list. We should manually clean them up. I've created a work list on the wiki. There are 245 facilities with updated locations in the PAHO list since the last import. The new locations from PAHO took precedence over the already existing location in OSM, unless * the facility in OSM is represented by a "way" (i.e. a mapped building or a mapped area) * the location in OSM has been changed manually in OSM since the last import. This is only the case for two facilities and I'll fix them manually. There are still 187 new facilities I didn't import because most of them are lumped together at a few positions.
