Hi, I see on http://haiti.ushahidi.com/ a background map which, to me, is clearly OpenStreetMap, with terms of use that link to http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/help/terms_maps.html.
This is of nature to make lay people think that the background map is Google maps.
