If you have to do changeset rollback, there are scripts for it. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Change_rollback#Use_scripts_to_rollback_entire_changesets http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Revert_scripts You have to be very careful. I'm not sure if this is something we want to introduce to COSMHA yet or not, as it takes some programming skills. The trick comes if these end up being "dirty reverts", where objects have been editing after these changesets. I've done this before, and could volunteer to do it, if needed. I would need a list of changesets to revert.
