I've updated the mapping of Ballina to reflect the new one-way system.
While I was doing so, I noticed that the N59 as mapped was crossing the
one-way lower bridge, which meant that the route was broken in the
Sligo-Ballina direction. Without a more current source than the SI
documents listed in the wiki, I made an executive decision and mapped
what I would consider the logical route: along the river, across the
upper bridge, back down the river and resuming the original route. I
need to check how it's signposted coming in from the Sligo road to
confirm.

I also had to re-route the R294. Again, I went with what seemed a
logical route. It still looks like it's broken, but it follows the N59
for much of it's route through the town.

Is there a more current source for R- and N-roads when they are changed
like this? Presumably Ballina town council have to OK these changes with
the NRA, since they are effectively re-routing national routes?
