I actually thought that the main name (which goes in operator as opposed to operator:LC) was the irish one in this case ? The on-board annoucements say "Thank you for travelling on Iarnroód Éireann", and the irish name is displayed more prominently on the website. The domain name is in English, but that may be due to wanting to avoid diacritics.
