Hi all, So there has been a great response to this, with close to 70 suggestions for improvements, so thank you all for giving your time to this, it is greatly appreciated. I have opened the document now for people to add their names under the authors field on the front page. It will stay open for a day or so, I have to submit it on Wednesday.
