As far as I know, the direct relationship between civil and CoI parishes would have come to an end with disestablishment in the 1860s (possibly even before that in areas like Belfast where there was only a single civil parish on the Antrim side of the Lagan).
The Representative Church Body Library would probably be the best people to advise. I've seen a map of CoI parishes in Clogher diocese in Duffy's Landscapes of South Ulster that would indicate that there has been a good many mergers or divisions depending on the area.
