Who are your users? - the public or gis-professionals?

Most non-professional people and outdoor enthusiasts would use Irish Grid
EPSG:29903

(29903 replaces OSNI 1952 / Irish National Grid (code 29901) and TM65 /
Irish Grid (code 29902).)
