Note that there is a list of populations (and almost every other tag, except for a few like name=*) here: http://stat.latlon.org/ie/latest/tags-p.html It is sorted 'alphabetically', not numerically, i.e. it is sorted 10, 20, 30, 50, 500, 60, 90.
