Apologies for the outage. It looks like the daemons that run on the server were not running resulting in the errors... :/
If taken two actions out of this: - We need to figure out a way to ensure the right daemons are running after a server reboot (either manual checks or ideally automatic startup) - We need a playbook for common tasks / troubleshooting. I'll start researching #1 (I've found some comments already that advise not have stuff start automatically but it's not clear why).
