I don't recall seeing a mention of this here before, apologies if it was and I missed it.
I have found a book titled "The Rule of the Land" authored by Garret Carr. He basically thought it would be a good idea to walk (and canoe) all 299km of the Irish border. Along the way he found the 208 "official" crossings acknowledged with the bias towards roads. He also documented 77 other crossings, even though some are accessed on private land. Should we ask him for ODBL and see if his features can be added?
