There are many that appear to be mowing lines round the edge of a field.
I'm not local either, but that looks like a bit of a stretch as a
"highway=track". On the Bing imagery it looks like something's driven
around there (maybe recently cutting the hedge?), but on Esri there's no
sign of anything.
There's a thin strip of scrub next to it too which I'd be expect to be
something like "barrier=hedge".
Yes - most of it looks like a regular hedge to me.
Maybe just say "hello" in a changeset comment suggesting that they might
be over- or mis-interpreting things?
