Hello. I am trying to create a Wiki ID (my OSM ID does not work); I get the following error message when trying to do so: *Account creation error* Your IP address is listed as an open proxy in the DNSBL used by OpenStreetMap Wiki. You cannot create an account . Could anyone help with the possible problem and resolution. I have tried creating from two different networks but end up with the same problem.
