Theres a logo available for OSM India that can be used online and on publicity materials: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:OpenStreetMap-India.svg
Since using Indian flag needs to follow the flag code https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_code_of_India , it might be a good idea to have a logo without the flag. The logo has not been used much till now, but this can come in handy in future for events and swag. If someone has fresh ideas on what the logo can be, do share.
