It does not make sense to go through the bureaucratic loops of forming an organisation just for trademark reasons. So, there would need to be more reasons for forming a Chapter. It would also be worth reaching out to the Chapters Committee to find out what compliance that OSM Foundation expects from us once we form a Chapter? Reports, Financial expenditures, etc. These would be in addition to the paperwork required by Government of India.
