You can see at this link that in this area the coverage of the buildings is complete:http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=15/46.4772/11.3273 <http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=15/46.4772/11.3273> If you are going to see a *.osm export from geofabrik or cloudmade, or directly download from openstreetmap, the same area does not contain all the buildings!
