Si Potrebbe semplicemente fare che con il tag suburb si definiscono le zone "ufficiali" secondo Roma Capitale, poichè il tag serve effettivamente ad indicare delle aree vaste, e come neighbourhood delle porzioni del suburb, quindi suburb=Ostiense>neighbourhood=Garbatella, senza inserire un ulteriore tag che genererebbe solo confusione. Per centri abitati più piccoli del neighbourhood insistenti nel suburb si posso usare i tag attualmente esistenti
