A me sembra proprio che manchi l'attribuzione.
Facendo riferimento a http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright e a
http://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Licence_and_Legal_FAQ#How_should_I_attribute_you.3F
Dovrebbero mettere un qualcosa tipo "Mappa derivata da © OpenStreetMap
(www.openstreetmap.org)" sotto alla mappa o, in questo caso, nell'ultima
pagina dove ci sono tutti gli acknowledgements:
"For a printed map, the credit should appear beside the map if that is
where other such credits appear, and/or in the "acknowledgements"
section of the publication (often at the start of a book or magazine)."
Se è tutto già stampato è difficile che venga corretto, ma io lo farei
ugualmente presente. Lo fai tu?

Se la mappa è OSM, è usata in modo lecito? ho visto le stesse mappe
stampate ed appese a Messina e nei depliant distribuiti in giro e nei
locali.
