Anybody here in Japan with connections to aerial photo sources? In Germany the Bavarian Land Survey Office started a test a few days ago to let OSM community digitalize on top their aerial images (all in German: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Luftbilder_aus_Bayern). It's a three month limited test for a small region. But could be extended after that.
