Tree row I know from Germany and it's very specific type of streets, often quite famous for their old trees. natural=tree species=cherry ... would allow to also specify other types of trees, but it is kind of missing the "hanami" event ;-) I thought a bit about "tourism" category and there is: tourism=picnic_site http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:tourism So alltogether: natural=tree species=cherry tourism=hanami Too specific?
