三浦です。 それは、たしかに混乱のもとですね。 launchpad.netから、変更いただけるといいとおもいます。 JOSMの翻訳については、josm.openstreetmap.deから、翻訳に貢献すると進んでいくと、launchpad.netのコミュニティモデルの翻訳プラットホームに誘導されます。河合さんが、日本語のプロジェクトをたちあげた成果が現在入っているのです。
