清野です。 駅前ターミナル的なところであれば http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dturning_circle こんなのもありますが、 Yahoo!Japanの空中写真を見ると、駐車場などもあって複合的なので、 http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dparking とか http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dservice とか http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:service%3Dparking_aisle を使ってうまく表現するしか無いのではないでしょうか?
