This is Frederik Ramm from the Data Working Group. He can block people in OSM.
If I were you, I would not do it. I mentioned Jerusalem.....There were a name
dispute (hebrew against arabic). Basically, the DWG deleted the main name= tag
until a consensus is reached. So the city name is not longer displayed on the
map, in neither way. They said that name=hebrew+arabic would be allowed in the
meanwhile but I guess a blank name tag or a name tag like "name=Mitrovicë /
Косовска Митровица" is not something you would like to see.

Well make sure you leave the :sr names serbian... but otherwise revert the
changes if the mess them up.
