Both of these relations have same border members, and I always try to keep them synchronized together after any changes, as I expect anybody should if editing in the region. I think this is very good and acceptable middle ground and I hope everyone will be understanding and flexible until a better arrangement is reached in the future. Removing or messing (i.e. illegitimate editing) with either of these relations without mutual agreement would be considered vandalism.
