da's gewoon parkeercontrole hoor. dat is zo geavanceerd dat ze ieder nummerbord intoetsen op het apparaat om te zien of iemand een vergunning heeft. waarschijnlijk is het nummerbord voor hun apparaten ook geblurd ;)
