tutubi, I haven't check your relations in detail, just some general comments. My personal practice is to minimize length of ways that will be added in the turn restriction relation. For example, I split the ways by a few meters from the intersection. The short ways will be the added in the relation. Why? This makes it easy to manage in the future. Moreover, I find creating relations with potlatch difficult.
