Here is the current state of GPS-based satellite navigation systems in
the Philippines:

1. Garmin-based: Using either OSMPH map or RoadGuide.ph map.

2. AVT/iNav: Using maps by Accu-map.

3. Asiatype/Accu-map: Using their own maps (flagship device: Vector V100).

4. carNAVi: Using their own maps with some data from OSM (not sure
which data they took; but building shapes at least).

5. Google Maps-based for iOS and Android devices: Using data from
Google Map Maker.

6. Nokia OVI Maps-based for Symbian devices: Using Nokia's NAVTEQ data.

7. Various China GPS: Using unknown maps.

8. Other brands: Tomtom, Magellan, etc.: Using unknown maps, but there
are experimental OSM maps for Magellan.
