Click on the Routing tab. Click on the start marker and then on the map to select your starting point. Click on the end marker and then on the map to select your destination. Select your routing engine (don't select Opensource Routing Machine since it doesn't have data for the Philippines) Select other options. Then click on "Find Route". Ta da!
