We have a date now for the final license change [0], the date was
initially marked as April 1, 2012. This means that all non-odbl
compliant data will be removed from the main osm db. We have a few
areas in the Philippines that are non-compliant. This requires
remapping and the board encourages local communities to do remapping
before the switch. There are tools available to detect non-compliant
data [1] both in Potlatch2 and JOSM. I have not tried it.

I'm thinking we organize a skillshare or meeting on how we go about
this re-mapping effort. Anyone up for a remapping meetup Dec or
January?
